Baby Massage

Congratulations on the birth of your baby!

Baby Steps classes are the perfect first class for you and your baby! Small, nurturing, calm classes that focus on you as much as your baby during that all important fourth trimester.

As well as enjoying this special time to bond with your baby, you will learn how to use the power of both baby massage and baby reflexology (using the Tiny Toes Reflexage Technique) to confidently support your little one with a range of issues:

  • Sleep and Reassurance
  • Colic
  • Reflux
  • Wind and Constipation
  • Teething
  • Coughs and Colds

Combining massage and reflexology is fast, effective and gives you the many benefits of both techniques!

You will also learn how to recognise baby cue’s and understand how they communicate with you.

As a Reflexologist, Baby Instructor and Women's Wellbeing Therapist of 12 years, I am passionate about supporting your mental wellbeing during this stage of your life. As well as supporting your baby to navigate and adjust in this overwhelming new world after 9 months snuggled safely in your womb!

Those first few months after giving birth are the most special and overwhelming weeks of your life. Being surrounded by other new mums going through the same challenges is priceless and friends for life can often be found in these classes. Our group conversations celebrate the highs and emphasise with the lows. All along with a cup of tea!

Baby Massage and Reflexology

Hi Sarah, I wanted to get in touch to say a huge thank you to you for all the wonderful Baby Karma sessions. Evie really loved Baby Karma (especially that duck) and it definitely helped me with settling her while teething or feeling unwell.
